I've been asked if I have to change up my diet since I've been diagnosed. The answer is yes. Instead of telling you what I CAN eat. I will tell you what I CAN'T eat.
Not only am I diabetic. I am also Lactose Intolerant and I have stomach issues. sooo...
I can not eat....
Anything with sugar
Foods with high carbs
Foods with high fat
Dairy
Anything spicy
Anything fried
I can basically eat grilled chicken, water and grass.
Which means this new wack diet will at least allow me to look fly in bikini.
